Summer Lace Anklets begin with a strip of pretty cable-and-lace edging. The edging transforms into a turn-down split cuff for an anklet sock using an easy pick-up of stitches along the straight edge of the lace. This special edition for the Bits of Lace series includes both written and charted instructions.

Say "I'm thinking of you" with a hand-knit hat of lace hearts. Thinking of You Too Hat reflects the bonds of friendship symbolized in HeartString's signature stitch design of cascading interlocked lace hearts. A portion of sales is donated to cancer research.

Knitted with red yarn, these simple yet fascinating socks alternate blue and white beads in a simple knit and purl pattern. The stripes of beads in the cuff suggest the U.S. flag proudly waving in the breeze.

This gem of a stole is made in jewel-tone colors of narrow lace strips that are joined as the panels are knitted, thus eliminating the need for any sewing later on. The undulating edges around the stole and between the strips add movement and interest to this eye-catching stole.

High quality Japanese glass seed beads (a.k.a. round rocailles) by Miyuki in size 8/0 (3 mm diameter). Use this size bead for stringing on fingering weight yarns and for crochet hook method with fine threads like size 8 perle cotton, size 10 crochet thread, and size 5/2 tencel thread or finer.

Beads are packaged in clear zip-top bags for easy handling; no tubes to roll around or tops popping off and spilling beads. Approximately 800 per 20g bag unless otherwise noted (premium beads come in smaller 10g bags; mixes come in 15g bags). You can also optionally purchase a nylon floss threader for stringing beads.
