Here is a beautiful small lace piece in the shape of a leaf of the majestic Oak tree. This project is rated as "mindful knitting", i.e. it will take careful attention as there is little repetitiveness to the rows. These low-top socks feature an intriguing lace pattern that curls this way and that way down the cuff, then continues along the top of the foot. Since the cuff is very short, these anklets can be made successfully with inelastic fibers like silk and cotton without fear of sagging.

The interplay of the knit-purl basketweave texture and beaded knitting makes this a fun-knit project. The stitch pattern used for the center portion of the scarf is a slip-stitch pseudo ribbing that gives an extra-soft cushion of comfort around your neck.
