Turn a plain outfit into something special with this lovely lace collar. Shown here in Tilli Tomas Rock Star, a sumptuous silk yarn plied with beads. Or use your choice of DK / worsted weight yarn. This collar knits up quickly on size 7 US / 4.5 mm needles using only 60 yards of yarn.

High quality Japanese glass seed beads (a.k.a. round rocailles) by Miyuki in size 11/0 (2 mm diameter). Use this size bead for stringing on lace weight yarns and fine threads like size 8 perle cotton, size 10 crochet thread, and size 5/2 tencel thread or finer.

Beads are packaged in clear zip-top bags for easy handling; no tubes to roll around or tops popping off and spilling beads. Approximately 1550 - 1650 per 15g bag unless otherwise noted (mixes come in smaller 12g bags).

Thread and beads is more than enough to make the Lorna's Light beaded amulet purse and a simple beaded cord to go around your neck. Red Hots Anklets are named after the small nuggets of popular cinnamon-flavored candy. The pattern stitch incorporates wrapped stitches to simulate the candy nuggets.

Note the instep detail. The ribbing around leg and across instep provides a good fit.
